1. Go to Invoicing > Invoicing 360

Click on ‘Actions’ and then click on ‘Create Manual Sales Invoice’.


2. Select the Manual Sales ID and Business Partner and then click on Save as shown below.

3. In the Financial tab, the Series Type, Exchange Rate Type and other details will be defaulted, or you can overwrite if needed as shown in the below screenshot.


4. In the Lines, click on ‘New’ and in the Description field, you can enter any reference for the respective Manual Sales Order.

Then enter the required amount and tax code and the other details will be defaulted.


5. Then, open the line and you can check if the line details are correct or not.

6. In the Ledger Account tab, you can mention a specified revenue ledger account or dimension for which you want the transactions to be posted or else the system will pick the default ledger account which is maintained in the Integration Transactions.
